Malcolm Simmons

Malcolm began his legal career in 1992 and has worked for several leading law firms in London in both civil and criminal cases.  In 2001 he was appointed Head of Office of the Independent Judicial Commission in Bosnia & Herzegovina.  Malcolm served as an international judge from 2004 to 2017 hearing war crime and serious and organised crime cases.  He was President of EU International Judges from 2014 to 2017.  Malcolm sat as the Assistant Deputy Coroner for the Eastern District of Greater London.  He is married and lives in Surrey with his wife and two children.
